  correction. Our Landscape Architect I’m guessing from your description and photo you provided MUST be the same Valerie you visited in SoCal. I helped organize the Celebration of her life when she passed. Valerie designed three of our gardens and both my husband and I think of her often with fond memories.

    What!??! Yes! She was the very best friends of my sister Silvi’s mother. Silvi posted this recipe when she and her mother were visiting Valerie after she moved from Canada to California.
